What if I have an issue with a charge from your portal?
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact our support team first. We can help you with any questions about your booking or payment. If you don't recognize a charge on your statement, it will appear with our business name followed by a descriptor of the booking.
Are there any hidden fees?
The price you see at checkout is the total amount you will be charged, including any service fees, taxes, or other charges. The breakdown of costs is clearly shown before you confirm your payment.
How do I know the booking is confirmed?
After a successful payment, you will receive an immediate confirmation email with all the details of your booking, including the location, date, time, and contact information for the location owner.
